A formal terms document replaces this page before we open paid plans. The points below describe how WhiteResume operates today.
This is a working summary, not a final legal document. The production terms will replace this page once the legal review completes.
Your content
Resume content remains yours. We process it to provide the service — generate exports, run ATS checks, route AI requests — and store it under your account.
Plans and billing
Stripe billing arrives once core flows are stable. Until then the product is free to use. Plan limits, prices and entitlements will be disclosed before paid plans go live.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during the foundation phase. SLAs will be published once the platform graduates from MVP.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
